Coral & Laurel is a premium linen brand based in Indonesia, offering bed and bath linen made to order for both home and hospitality customers.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of it.

3. Products and Made-to-Order Items

All products on this Site are made to order unless otherwise stated. Product images are representative; slight variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur due to the nature of handcrafted textiles and screen display differences.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless a separate agreement has been made for hospitality or bulk orders.

5. Production and Shipping

Please allow up to 2 weeks for production. Shipping times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Hospitality and Bulk Orders

Custom sizing, embroidery, branding, and bulk hospitality orders may be subject to separate terms, minimum order quantities, and lead times agreed upon directly with our team. These orders are final sale except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Coral & Laurel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coral & Laurel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
