Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Coral & Laurel linen. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Made-to-Order Products
All Coral & Laurel items are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for your purchase, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once production has begun.
Quality Issues
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damage from shipping, or any quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll review your request and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
To report a quality issue, email us at coralandlaurel@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect or damage
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange under our quality guarantee, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Returned in their original packaging
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
Custom & Embroidered Orders
Items with custom sizing, embroidery, or branding (including hospitality and bulk orders) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Quality issues or defects: we cover return shipping costs.
- Other approved cases: the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
Hospitality & Bulk Orders
For hospitality and bulk orders, please refer to your order agreement or contact us directly to discuss quality concerns or exchanges. Terms may vary based on order size and specifications.
